I am a counsellor in Lincoln, with counselling appointments available at all times (including evenings and weekends) for you to access help and support. I know that asking for help is not always easy, but I am currently offering free no obligation initial consultations, so perhaps if you have been thinking about counselling help now may be the time to find out how this could help you.

what can counselling do for me?

Whatever you bring to the counselling room, you will never be judged and you will always be accepted and respected for who you are.

When we meet up for the first time, we’ll have the chance to get to know eachother in a safe comfortable environment to find out if we are a good fit.

If after that you decide you would like to go ahead and book some counselling sessions with me, we'll look at what you want to get out of our time together and agree an individual and bespoke therapy package that meets your needs.
